Cancellations, refunds and date changes
Cancellations:
If you unfortunately need to cancel your booking, your cancellation must be made in writing and emailed through to enquiries@onelifeadventures.com.au.
The date on which the request to cancel is received will determine the cancellation fees applicable.
Our cancellation fees are as stated below.
Cancellation 60 days or more before departure : the Deposit held by One Life Adventures
Cancellation 59-30 days before departure : 50% of cost of services booked including initial deposit
Cancellation less than 30 days before departure : 100% of cost of services booked
Cancellation of Arrival Transfers, Pre and/or Post Night Accommodations and single supplement: The same conditions as stated in the above section shall apply.
Refunds
If you are due a refund for any reason, the refund will be processed to the card in which was used to book your tour.
Date Changes
You are allowed one free date change as long as this is made 60 days or more before departure.
If you wish to make another date change you will be charged $200AUD. No cancellation fees will be waived as a result of the following:
Injury or sickness.
Unexpected incidents at home.
Delayed, rescheduled or missed flights.
Climatic, social or political problems.
