  Booking more than 60 days before departure When you book a tour that departs more than 60 days in the future, a deposit is all that is required to secure your spot. The deposit amount depends on the tour, but it generally ranges from $300-$500 AUD. The remaining balance of your tour must be paid in full at least 60 days before the tour commences.
